Sabella D’Souza (b.1995) is a Sydney-based artist whose video work explores cultural hybridity, virtual identity, and colonial spectatorship. They are interested in brown subjectivity, and the ways in which emerging technologies affect those living in Diaspora. They are particularly interested in autonomous Facebook groups, catfishing, and Julia Roberts. They are currently completing their BFA & BA at UNSW (2018). They have exhibited extensively across the USA, UK, and Australia.
