Madé Spencer-Castle

Madé Spencer-Castle is an interdisciplinary artist and curator working between Melbourne and Tasmania. Madé is currently the Gallery Curator at Bus Projects and was a founding Director of DUDSPACE, which operated between 2012–14 in the corridor to the toilet at Kings Artist-Run. Recent curatorial projects include These Economies at Sydney Contemporary, Mnemonic Arrangements at the The Emata Building, Medellín, and dudproject #1 (with Lyndal May Stewart), Kings Artist-Run. Madé is currently working on a major survey exhibition of Robyn McKinnon’s work at the Queen Victoria Museum and Art Gallery, which will be presented as part of the Tasmanian International Arts Festival in 2017.
