Sach Catts

Sach is an artist and writer living in Sydney. His work is broadly performative and, most recently has deployed destructive testing processes native to engineering and materials science disciplines. He is currently a Master of Fine Arts candidate at Sydney College of the Arts. His research explores the design of torture techniques and technologies. He has authored catalogue essays for exhibitions in Sydney and Christchurch.

From 2008–2012 Sach was a tutor in the Architecture Faculty of the University of Sydney teaching a performance art course as part of the Tin Sheds Art Workshops.

Sach joined Runway in 2013 and sits on the editorial board. For Issue 23 Prototype he acted as writer liaison and co-subeditor.
